I was thinking of putting a video or something of...
They aren’t yoga positions they are just exercises that we do to strengthen our core, thighs, and arms. There is only one exercise that actually does a yoga move in it which is downward dog but only for a second and the rest of it really strengthens your arms and abs. These are all exercises that you can do at home. What do you guys think? Yes or no?
