Anonymous asked: I'm 5'6 and weigh 120 pounds, and I just want to trim some of the fat off my stomach and thighs, but I was wondering how you stick to your diet? I can eat healthy for about a week, then I find a box of cookies in the pantry and end up eating the whole thing. Just curious, because I see that you tend to eat pretty healthy.
