Honestly I think people start worrying about weight at even younger ages and I do think it’s unhealthy, but I know its something you can’t really help. I think if you start making healthy choices now i.e. eating and choosing healthy foods over junk food it will become a really good habit. But that doesn’t mean cut junk food out completely because then you’ll just crave it more. I don’t think you should go on diets or work out like crazy or anything like that, because you’re young which means your body is still changing and you’re still growing. I know you want to look good in what you wear but try not to worry what everyone thinks of you. If anyone does think differently of you then you’ll just know who you’re really friends are. Just start a few healthy habits and you should be good!
Wel purging is really bad because when you make yourself throw up you aren’t throwing up any calories just nutrients that your body needs. and try eating smaller breakfasts and lunches , bu dont under eat two much , just until you feel satisfied, and make sure to eat healthy snack in between your breakfast lunch and dinner. This will speed up your metabolism and when your metabolism speed is higher it burns carloies faster.
for being 5’ 2” you healthy weight is between 109 to 135
Well first the dreaded push ups, using around 5-10 lb dumbells, and chair dips.
Well first off how tall are you? Because 88 sounds like a very low weight, and being underweight can be unhealthy.
Running is the fastest way to lose weight all over, so try soe running, and lower ab work outs such as crunches, russian twists, and bicycles. To work them even harder ad weights to the ab workouts.
