Do you think 14 is too young to start worrying about your weigh?, i just want to look good in whatever i wear.. At the moment i weight 126lbs and im worried what everyone thinks of me, /:

Honestly I think people start worrying about weight at even younger ages and I do think it’s unhealthy, but I know its something you can’t really help. I think if you start making healthy choices now i.e. eating and choosing healthy foods over junk food it will become a really good habit. But that doesn’t mean cut junk food out completely because then you’ll just crave it more. I don’t think you should go on diets or work out like crazy or anything like that, because you’re young which means your body is still changing and you’re still growing. I know you want to look good in what you wear but try not to worry what everyone thinks of you. If anyone does think differently of you then you’ll just know who you’re really friends are. Just start a few healthy habits and you should be good!

Hey, i really love your blog! i have a question, i'm a 5'4 and weight 127Ibs, but i really wanna come down to 110.. But i have to eat breakfast and lunch with my parents, so I can't switch them and in the morning i can't purge, but i do it everytime after lunch. i really wanna get skinny fast, and i do many exercises the whole day.. Do you still have any tipps what i can do?

Wel purging is really bad because when you make yourself throw up you aren’t throwing up any calories just nutrients that your body needs. and try eating smaller breakfasts and lunches , bu dont under eat two much , just until you feel satisfied, and make sure to eat healthy snack in between your breakfast lunch and dinner. This will speed up your metabolism and when your metabolism speed is higher it burns carloies faster.

Hey, i just got into reading your blog and I love it so far! I have a question? I am 5' 2' and weight 146 pounds. I just wanted to ask what is a healthy weight for my hight? THANKS THIS WOULD REALLY HELP!!

for being 5’ 2” you healthy weight is between 109 to 135

Hey there. I have problems with flabby arms, what do you recommend?

Well first the dreaded push ups, using around 5-10 lb dumbells, and chair dips.

What can i do to cut my cravings? I'm a yoyo!! it's to much , i was 88, after i've got to 110 now i'm 107... gaining and losing all the time.. I need some tips go stop craving.. arggg D:

Well first off how tall are you? Because 88 sounds like a very low weight, and being underweight can be unhealthy.

Hey! love the blog :) i need some advice. so basically for as long as ive remembered ive been thin everywhere but my stomach. I hear it is the hardest place to lose weight! I already play sports and eat healthy, my whole family is super health oriented too. But ive always had fat around there. I am going on vacation in six weeks and need to get rid of this! its probably only around 7 pounds, but i can never seem to get rid of it! any advice?

Running is the fastest way to lose weight all over, so try soe running, and lower ab work outs such as crunches, russian twists, and bicycles. To work them even harder ad weights to the ab workouts.
