That’s really great! I dont know how much you’ve lost but the fact that you’re close to your first goal is really great and you should be incredibly proud, because you’ve stayed strong just dont give up or slack off and the next goal weight will come before you know it. And thank you it encourages me when people find my blog an inspiration. Keep on work! (;
I don’t know what it is but I suddenly felt drained and tired and I fell asleep for like 3 hours. Idk my best friend just got sick it maybe that. I just really don’t want to work out but I know I should, so that’s exactly what I’m going to do
if you cant do lunges and squats I would suggest losing weight in general since most people carry their weight in their hips and thighs. You could try swimming since it doesn’t put pressure on your knees and it burns a lot of calories.
Not stupid at all. If you use low weight like 5 or 10 lb weights you can do hammer curls, standing back row, and tricep kick backs for your arms, i prefer doing those as opposed to push ups which you can also do. For your thighs, without weights your choice, squats (squat kicks, squats with side kicks, and regular squats) and lunges (forward, side, and reverse). If you run you will lose weight in general too.
