Anonymous asked: Hi:) I'm currently trying to lose weight and every day I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do the 30 day shred, but today I just had zero energy and 5 minutes into the 30 day shred I just had to give up and stop! I don't know whats up with me, is it okay to have a rest day or a day where you just can't do it? I just feel so so guilty and annoyed with myself!! x

Anonymous asked: I'm 5'3 1/2" and am about 98 pounds. I feel like Im underweight, but my hips and thighs are getting chubby. Plus, my stomach is losing it's charm. My knees both have stage 3 tendonitis, and it hurts to do too much exercise so that doesn't help. I eat healthy, and only eat unhealthy at school because I'm embarrassed to be the only one that brings lunch from home... :(...
