This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Anonymous: hey sorry to bug u but um i have bad knees so i cant do squats or things like that but is there anyway i could lose weight in my thighs?

if you cant do lunges and squats I would suggest losing weight in general since most people carry their weight in their hips and thighs. You could try swimming since it doesn’t put pressure on your knees and it burns a lot of calories.
