Keep On Working
This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Anonymous: In response to "anonymous with bad knees" from earlier, if he/she has access to a rowing machine, that puts next to no pressure on your knees (if you're doing it right) and builds muscle in your legs (and works your abs, arms and back).
