Keep On Working
This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Anonymous: I'm 5'3 1/2" and am about 98 pounds. I feel like Im underweight, but my hips and thighs are getting chubby. Plus, my stomach is losing it's charm. My knees both have stage 3 tendonitis, and it hurts to do too much exercise so that doesn't help. I eat healthy, and only eat unhealthy at school because I'm embarrassed to be the only one that brings lunch from home... :( HELP! do you have any exercises to help my inner thighs and around the hip bone area? thanks so much! You are underweight you should gain weight, but gaining weight doesn’t need to be a bad thing. If someone that say weighed 120 but never worked out and ate unhealthy would look unfit and chubby compared to someone with the same weight but worked out and ate healthy. So try gaining weight but also try to get tone in the process. If you have bad knees try swimming and there will be no pressure for them. most exercises for hips and thighs would probably be too aggravating for your knees.
