Keep On Working
This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Anonymous: hi i really really really wanna get healthy but i have to motivation to exercise and eat right.. what do you use for motivation? and what tips could you give me as far as what to eat and what workouts to do?

This blog and just trying to be healthier in general are my motivations. Eating: don’t eat junk food try eating the healthiest possible option in any situation. Work out do some cardio and then choose 3 exercises per targeted section as in abs, legs, and arms. You can find a lot of different ones I’ll post different ones that I do and just choose 3 from a list per section. Hope this helped (:
