Keep On Working
This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Anonymous: Hi! I love your blog :) I was just wondering, what do you think is the worst 'healthy' foods to eat to lose weight? I say 'healthy' because obviously I don't mean cake, fast food, chocolate and all of that junk. But things like breads or whatever. What do you try to avoid??

White bread, too many carbs, non 100% juices, fruit cups (they usually are filled with sweetened syrup) ummmm wow this is a really hard question because I can’t think of that many right now. I’ll have to think about this more and I’ll put a post about it.
