What is your diet plan?
I just try to eat healthy food and not junk food or greasy fast food. For breakfast I love oatmeal because it’s fast and easy, or if I have time I like an egg white omelet. For lunch and dinner I like salads and sometimes a little bit of meat and brown rice.
What is your work out routine?
Running, climbing stairs, using weights and a medicine ball and alternating between certain exercises.
Are you pro-ana?
No, I believe that is really unhealthy. Your goal is to be healthy and fit.
What advice would you give to someone young and trying to lose weight?
My advice to someone young is to just choose healthy foods over junk food, like fruits instead of chips, or carrots and ranch instead of fries. When you’re younger and you make healthy habits you won’t have to worry about being overweight. Don’t stress to much because your body is still growing.
Do you think I should fast?
No, they only reason I think it is ok to fast if it’s in your religion, that is the only reason. You shouldn’t starve yourself to lose weight. Your body will not get the nutrition it needs and it will go into starvation mode which means it will turn what ever you eat into fat instead of energy and it will backfire.
