Keep On Working
This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

Just had some oatmeal with splenda in it for breakfast! It’s good for you, gives you energy, and it’s filling so you’ll be full and won’t be tempted to have anything else, like a chocolate chip muffin on the side :P I used Coach’s Oats Oatmeal which is all natural and it doesn’t have a mushy texture, but i also Like Quaker Oats instant oatmeals too. I find that the Coach’s Oats fills me up more. And you can also add fruits like strawberries, bananas, peaches, and other berries if you want too!
