I just finished day 1. I didn’t think it’d be as intense as it was and if you do all the exercises by themselves with breaks in between I don’t think it’d be that hard but when you do one right after another yea it gets hard. I’m more tired then I thought I’d be. I’m probably going to also add 30 minutes of jogging. I recommend you check it out!
