This is my thinspo, my motivation. My name is Lindsay and I’m not happy about where I’m at. With a mother who works out 4 times a week and constantly points out that I’m chubby, it isn’t easy. I’ve decided to make a healthier life style change.

Remember keep on working toward your goals, cause if you put in 100% then you WILL get there.

So I decided to try the 30 Day Shred By Jillian Michaels

I just finished day 1. I didn’t think it’d be as intense as it was and if you do all the exercises by themselves with breaks in between I don’t think it’d be that hard but when you do one right after another yea it gets hard. I’m more tired then I thought I’d be. I’m probably going to also add 30 minutes of jogging. I recommend you check it out! And even you don’t like it you can always get parts of it to add to your own routine. Click on the link above to watch and do it from youtube.

I’m honestly so hurt and pissed off right now. More hurt then anything…. I can’t even comprehend it really. I keep thinking it has to be a joke… but let’s see if I can use my emotions to just fuel my work out right now…
